User templates are your personal collection of templates.

From the Tools menu, select Options...

Select the File Locations tab
Under File types, select User templates
Click MODIFY...
The Modify Location dialog box appears.
From the Look in pull-down list, locate and select the appropriate location
To confirm the drive and directory location, click OK
Click OK

Defining a Workgroup Templates Location

Workgroup templates are available to a group of people (e.yard., members of a section). They should be saved to the Workgroup templates area on a shared network bulldoze.

Searching for Templates

From the Offset menu, select Search
The Search Results window appears.
In the Search Companion frame, under What do you want to search for?, click ALL FILES AND FOLDERS
Click MORE ADVANCED OPTIONS

- A word or phrase in the file
